we want to create awareness and change.

we want to empower girls and women to dream, do and achieve more in life.

Gender stereotypes develop

by 5 and 7 years of age

57%  of children’s books

have male protagonists

11% of children’s books

contain multicultural content

Studies support that girls feel less 'smart' than boys by the age of 6. We’ve identified a lack of empowering content designed for girls between 4 and 7 years old.  This is the age when we develop perspectives that we are going to hold for life - Unfortunately, female characters are often stereotyped or one-dimensional: the mother-figure, the home-maker, the exotic beauty, the love seeker...

We think it’s time for all of us to raise our hearts

and fight gender stereotypes actively and consciously.

What we read, hear and say becomes part of our holistic nutrition - Books, Cartoons, Games and other type of Educational Material often act as mirrors in which young girls can see their reflections.

Creating community is key!

It all started with a book and a desire to bringing awareness over gender stereotypes in early childhood. Today our goal is to continue to grow a community of likeminded people who want to celebrate women and  girls in our world.

Together, let’s encourage girls to find their happiness, passions, drive and self-confidence from within.
